Thanksgiving 2022 Fundraising Campaign
A most generous donor (who wishes to remain anonymous) has offered to spearhead a Thanksgiving Fundraising Campaign for RRR. All funds will go towards the reunification applications of 14 family members of the first two families RRR sponsored. This donor will match all donations up to $20,000 made during the month of October 2022. It is best if donations for the RRR Thanksgiving Campaign be made by cheque as CanadaHelps takes a percentage and we would prefer to retain 100% of each donation. Cheques should be made out to Roncesvalles United Church. The cheque memo line must contain RRR Thanksgiving. Roncesvalles Refugee Relief is a volunteer led and run organization and every penny not spent on fundraising goes direct to our sponsored refugee family.
Donors will receive charitable tax receipts. Donors outside Canada may apply their charitable tax receipt to any income they earn in Canada.
